As an expression of Christian love, our goal is to provide physical and medical healing while respecting life, dignity, and equality among persons, and protecting the rights of those who are sick.
We are deeply aware of our mission as religious involved in health care, and we strive to improve in attitude and mutual love, as well as in professional research, so as to contribute to the health service of the region.
” As Christ-centered community, Saint Martin Hospital treats and cares for the sick with love and integrity, and contributes to the medical care and well-being of the local community.”
It is specifically responsible for the regional medical care as a 196-bed hospital, combining “specialized treatment of cancer and lifestyle-related diseases” with the function of “family physician”. In addition, since January 2016, a 20-bed palliative care unit has been established to provide physical and psychological care to end-stage cancer patients.
