Camalig

Dominican School formerly St. John’s Academy was acquired by the Institute in 1982 from the Franciscan Friars. In this remote and impoverished locality, the sisters established this institution as another mission school.

In 2004, the school opened its doors to toddlers in Kindergarten 1 & 2. And the years after were followed by the opening of grade school. The Elementary level was completed in 2008. Beating all odds, the school withstand all adversities and difficulties through the years and continued to serve the community with complete basic education program.

  • Home Visit to poor families and provide financial help.
  • Participation in Liturgy and Parish activities.
